Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• At least 5 years of management within Security Integration.
• At least 5-7 years of experience within Security Integration Solutions.
• At least 5-7 years managing multiple teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Coach, counsel and mentor management and sales teams.
• Review bids and have final signing on GC contracts.
• Direct managers and supervisors in performance of their jobs.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and review results.
• Lead P&L financial activity and cost controls.
• Ensure sales targets are met across teams monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier relationships.
• Review reports and expenses to manage organizational operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and project completion.
