Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions invites applications for a General Manager position in Shorewood, IL. The role leads daily branch operations, aligns with sales targets, and drives profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service and team development.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of pest control management experience, a valid driver’s license, and state licensing as applicable. Competitive pay, benefits, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Grow, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained.
• Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws.
• Manage customer escalations, employee relations matters, and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives, support growth objectives, and drive continuous improvement within the branch.
