EcoShield Pest Solutions in New York is seeking a General Manager to lead the branch, drive profitability, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will oversee daily operations, align with business goals, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients in the region.

The role emphasizes developing staff, handling escalations, coordinating with regional leadership, and maintaining licensing, training, and safety standards across the branch.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of management experience in pest control.
• 21 years of age or older required.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing if applicable.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily branch operations and performance, aligning with goals, KPIs, and profitability.
• Grow, train, and develop management and staff, maintaining safety and policies.
• Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing and safety standards.
• Manage customer escalations and employee relations, resolving issues while upholding service standards.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
