Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of pest control management experience.
• Must be 21+ years old. Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history.
• Willingness to earn state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Oversee daily branch operations and performance toward KPIs and budgets.
• Grow, train, and develop management staff with safety and policy training.
• Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Handle customer and employee escalations to maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth and continuous improvement.
