Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Chicago to lead and inspire club operations, front desk, fitness, events, programming, and overall member experience.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on leader with a passion for building a strong team culture while driving both member satisfaction and revenue growth. A weekend-day presence and adaptability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fitness, recreation, team management, youth programming, or hospitality
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes peak member usage times (evenings/weekends)

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire club operations, front desk, fitness, training, events, programming and overall member experience
• Hands-on, high-energy leadership to build a strong team culture while driving member satisfaction and revenue growth
• Set the tone across departments to ensure seamless operations, elevated hospitality and engaging programming
• Shape the overall vision, lead a talented team, and bring energy, accountability and fun to a thriving member-focused environment
