Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and banking regulations.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized across tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency with transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience (preferred).
• College degree or military equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide their visits smoothly.
• Lead branch operations including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM while adhering to policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
