Chase is seeking an Branch Operations Lead to oversee branch activities, ensuring precise handling of client transactions and adherence to policies. You will lead a team, manage lobby flow, and foster lasting client relationships.

You will promote self-service options and coordinate with the Branch Manager to uphold loss control, compliance, and audit standards, while guiding a dynamic branch team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and manage the waiting queue smoothly.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
