You will lead cash handling, loss prevention, compliance, and audits, and guide the team in offering self-service options that empower clients any time, anywhere.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and educate branch teams.
• Commitment to policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and refer to experts.
• Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations, focusing on loss control, compliance, and audits.
