1+ year of retail banking experience.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM, and issue resolution.
Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
