You will foster a welcoming environment, support audits, and drive customer-centric service in a fast-paced branch setting.

You will educate the team, manage lobby flow, and encourage customers to use self-service options, preserving high standards of loss control and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail oriented and organized; can multitask effectively.
• Leads branch operations while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educates the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engages clients and refers them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker experience is preferred.
• College degree or military equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and assist with visits.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, and ATM management; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the team and build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth operations.
