Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering a welcoming, compliant and efficient banking experience. You’ll guide staff, handle daily operations, and foster client relationships across transactions and self-service adoption.

You will ensure lobby flow, adherence to policies, and a culture of accuracy while supporting audits and loss prevention. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Ability to educate and inform branch teams and partners.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-quality branch experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (vault, ATM), resolve issues following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep branch running smoothly.
