Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager, oversee daily branch activities, and ensure transactions are processed accurately while following bank policies.

You’ll welcome clients, promote self-service options, guide the team, monitor control standards, and support loss prevention, audits, and regulatory requirements. This role requires 1+ years retail banking experience, and a high school diploma or GED with weekend/evening

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization.
• Lead and educate branch team while maintaining transaction accuracy.
• Educate clients and reference bank experts as needed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and promote services.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Willingness to work weekly hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, oversee cash devices, and uphold policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, audits and secure branch operations.
