Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and frontline colleagues to deliver exceptional client service while safeguarding branch operations.

You will guide a busy team, manage cash devices, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with policies, audits, and loss controls, with weekend/evening hours as needed and completion of our Branch Operations Lead Training Program. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team, helping them access specialized financial services and build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the banking experience for clients and encourage digital adoption.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain safe and secure branch operations.
