Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a memorable client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team for specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
