Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chicago area branch to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You’ll work with the Branch Manager to manage cash devices, lobby flow, and regulatory compliance while promoting self-service options for clients.

The role emphasizes training, loss control, and audits, with a requirement of 1+ years in retail banking and ability to work weekends and evenings. Travel for training is expected.

• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
