Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and guide them through the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Simplify banking by promoting self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
