The role emphasizes customer service, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-moving, human-centric environment. Flexibility to work weekends and a 50-mile radius coverage is required, with comprehensive benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year or more of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Act as first-line consultant to identify needs and match digital tools or banking solutions.
• Provide hospitality and greet customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Adhere to security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
