Job summary

Service Partners in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our inside team. You will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, handling orders and providing product information to customers, while working closely with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Production, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong communications, basic math skills, and a professional, positive demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide order support and product information for customers.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Process dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements.
