The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative for our Fayetteville, NC location. You will greet members, promote membership, travel products, and other offerings while delivering friendly, reliable service in person.

This on-site role emphasizes customer relationship building, problem solving, and accurate cash handling. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and promote membership, travel products, and other offerings to members.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Process payments for policies and travel products while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support branch goals.
