Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, and banking offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance promos, provide travel information, and call for promotions.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Process payments for policies, travel products, and tickets; balance cash drawer.”
• Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods and assist in branch goals.
