Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships and travel products.
• Generate leads and promotions for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints; refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies and travel products; balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
