Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Gastonia, NC, is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote memberships, and support travel and banking product sales in an on-site office. You will deliver friendly, solution-oriented service, drive satisfaction, and contribute to the branch’s goals.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (possible rotating Saturdays) and a competitive hourly wage of $19.00–$21.50, with incentives and an annual bonus potential based on

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take personal responsibility and use good judgment to resolve challenges.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet service goals.

Responsibilities

• Member Service & Sales: Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Lead Generation & Promotions: Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Customer Support & Problem Resolution: Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Cashiering & Payment Processing: Process payments for insurance policies and travel products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Branch & Team Support: Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.
