You will build relationships, handle inquiries, and participate in sales activities while contributing to branch goals and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet office/customer service goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic workplace tech.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and related products.
• Generate leads and share travel and insurance promotions; conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies and products; balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods and assist branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
