Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and AAA offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints, refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies and travel products while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support during peak periods and assist branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
