Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of AAA at a Fayetteville, NC branch. You will assist members with memberships, travel and banking products, and related services in a high-volume, in-office environment.

Role involves customer service, sales, problem resolution, and payments processing with regular hours Mon-Fri 8:30am–6pm and potential rotating Saturdays. Competitive hourly wage and bonus potential offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and workplace technology.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
