Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting membership and travel products.
• Generate leads and communicate promotions for insurance and travel products.
• Resolve member inquiries and address complaints, escalating when needed.
• Process payments for policies and products, balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
