Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet, assist, and sell membership and travel products at our Charlotte on-site branch. You will help members with trusted products, support sales goals, and contribute to member satisfaction daily.

Ideal candidates have customer experience, problem-solving skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office. This in-office role requires flexibility for irregular hours and weekends to support branch goals.

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
