Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, is hiring for a customer service oriented role in Columbus, OH. You will act as the primary contact for branch customers, handling orders and product information with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
