Qualifications

• English reading, writing, and speaking skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming experience.
• Handle inbound calls, provide information, and resolve common questions.
• Coordinate equipment delivery with branch team to meet patient needs.
• Collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure insurance guidelines compliance.
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure readiness.
