Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to support patient care and branch operations. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process orders, verify insurance, and collect payments. You will collaborate with the team to ensure timely billing and documentation for insurance plans.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a busy office environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of related work

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls on a multi-line system and resolve common issues.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance, and bill patients.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and may assist with device downloads.
