Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery and assist with insurance coverage navigation.
• Work with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation and ensure insurance authorization.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment.
• Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure readiness.
