Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Branch Coordinator to be the first contact for patients and caregivers. You’ll coordinate equipment delivery, navigate insurance, and ensure patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

You’ll work Monday–Friday in a branch setting, delivering thoughtful, responsive service and coordinating with the sales team and providers to secure documentation and authorizations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills; Spanish reading and speaking skills.
• Experience in office, healthcare, or call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact at the branch, creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer inbound calls with clear information and resolve common questions.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and ensure insurance compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, referrals, and patients to gather required documents.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and access to care.
• Proactively follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction.
• Test equipment functionality and support branch success as needed.
