Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and assist with resolutions.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and bill health plans.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and collect payments.
• Review patient accounts and reconcile daily receivables.
