Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver excellent patient service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are processed accurately and insurance documentation is obtained for billing. You will collaborate with patients, providers, and branch staff to meet timelines and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Experience with multi-line phone system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system; provide information and resolve issues.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain health plan authorizations.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance plans with required documents.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• Follow additional duties as needed.
