Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and help ensure timely billing and reimbursement for services.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and accurate data entry within a busy healthcare setting. Responsibilities include handling payments, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating with the branch and health plans to support patient access to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Experience in office environment, healthcare setting, or call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to patients both in person and by phone.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance and obtain authorizations as required.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals, and patients to meet insurance guidelines.
• Perform basic duties such as monitoring communications and data entry.
