Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will work with the branch team to ensure orders are received, processed timely, and documented for billing.

This role emphasizes insurance verification, payment collection, and accurate data entry across multiple systems, supporting our mission to bring care to life.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Two years of office/healthcare/call center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and assist patients.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Gather documentation to bill health plans for payment.
• Collect payments and reconcile receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• Perform device data downloads when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
