Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income, and identify the right client introductions to drive growth.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experiences by resolving questions, problems, and complaints, conducting timely follow-up and education.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately, comply with regulations, and strive for minimal controllable losses.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Handle moderately complex projects and comply with all policies and trainings.
