Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income, and drive primary client introductions to the right team member(s).
• Provide positive client experience by resolving account questions, problems and complaints in a timely and effective manner; deliver client engagement and education.
• Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly; strive for no controllable losses.
