Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
• Experience with using digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits and loans and primary client acquisition; deliver right client introductions to the right team members.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions and resolving issues; meet behavioral activity goals.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; strive for no controllable losses.
• Additional Accountabilities: Perform moderately complex special projects; comply with regulatory policies and training.
