Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 4-5 years customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income, and drive primary client acquisition.
• Provide positive client experience by resolving questions and complaints promptly and educating clients.
• Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Participate in moderately complex special projects and maintain regulatory compliance.
