Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II in Shelby Township, MI. You will focus on resolving client concerns, explaining products, and guiding customers to specialists for mortgages and business banking needs, while engaging in lending and basic investment conversations.

You will build relationships, meet sales targets, mentor teammates, and ensure compliant, high-quality service across transactions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Education level: High School Diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Resolve account questions, problems and complaints, delivering engagement and education.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly, aiming for no controllable losses.
• Additional accountabilities: Handle moderately complex projects and maintain regulatory compliance.
