Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services Industry
• Job Competencies: Action-oriented, Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly and collaborating across teams

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition, delivering right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and Education
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations
