Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
• G-Suite proficiency preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to attend required training sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to support surrounding Branches within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch.
• Balance high-volume operations with a community-focused customer experience.
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations.
• Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments.
• Attend required training sessions.
