Insomniac is hiring a Box Office Attendant to deliver high‑level customer service for ticketing at the box office or ticket resolution areas. You will identify will‑call orders, verify customer information, and distribute tickets to patrons with accuracy and care.

The role requires comfortable computer skills, professional interaction with all guest levels, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Must feel comfortable using a computer.
• Background check and pre‑employment drug/alcohol test required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Front Gate box office training to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will call orders by verifying customer information to distribute tickets correctly.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS.
• Report questions to supervisor as needed.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Keep the box office area clean and organized.
• Provide accurate information about the event and surroundings.
• Take initiative when answering attendees’ questions.
• Treat attendees with respect and sincerity.
• Understand evacuation procedures and safe refuge locations before shows.
• Report to Box Office Management.
