Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant to provide high-level customer service for ticketing at the box office or resolution areas. This role involves identifying will-call orders, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate ticket distribution for events.

Responsibilities include training on Front Gate systems, handling ticket issues at the gate, maintaining a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting, and traveling to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer.
• Ability to interact professionally at all levels and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Train on Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will call orders by verifying name, email and credit card to distribute tickets.
• Resolve ticket scanning issues at the gate promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS.
• Report to Box Office Management.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Provide accurate information about the event.
