Job summary

Nashville Nespresso is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to lead daily store operations, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional coffee and customer experience. You will collaborate with the Boutique Manager on sales, service, and profitability, while upholding the Nespresso standard of hospitality.

You bring 3+ years of management in luxury retail and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with a passion for coffee and sustainability, ready to drive engagement and community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embody Customer Service Excellence by leading a boutique team and educating customers on our coffee and sustainability.
• Drive sales results through coaching and mentoring alongside the Boutique Manager.
• Lead team development and empower staff while fostering a growth‑focused culture.
• Streamline operations, inventory, scheduling, and visual merchandising for optimal performance.
• Demonstrate coffee expertise and host guest tastings to create memorable experiences.
• Engage with the community and plan events to build brand recognition.
• Ensure safety and adhere to company policies.
