You will mentor teams, manage training, and ensure adherence to standards while promoting sustainability and Nestlé values. Strong leadership and hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop people to drive a culture of high performance.
• Lead personalized coffee experiences and educate customers on sustainability.
• Lead training initiatives to ensure team has required knowledge and skills.
• Uphold Nestlé culture, engage and motivate the team.
• Drive sales by setting targets and guiding team growth.
• Ensure inventory control and compliance with SOPs.
• Promote safety and Nestlé policies and procedures.
