Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in Charlotte is opening a beautiful boutique and seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to partner with the Boutique Manager on sales, profitability, operations, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

You will mentor a team, lead by example in customer service excellence, and champion a growth-focused, hospitality-driven culture while ensuring safety and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in fast-paced or luxury retail
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of multiple direct reports
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to organize time and prioritize multiple tasks
• Authentic passion for coffee and sustainability, commitment to continual learning
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Embody Customer Service Excellence: lead by example, educate customers on coffee and sustainability while creating a hospitable environment
• Drive Sales Results: motivate and coach team to achieve sales and service goals
