Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso SA in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the store with the Boutique Manager, driving sales, operations, and an unforgettable Nespresso experience.

You will mentor your team, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure a hospitable, safety-conscious culture. Strong leadership in luxury retail and a passion for coffee are essential; open/close shifts and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management of multiple reports.
• Availability to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and educate customers on our coffee and sustainability.
• Inspire and coach the team to meet sales and service goals daily.
• Collaborate with Boutique Manager on performance evaluation and improvements.
• Oversee operations, inventory, scheduling and visual standards.
• Lead coffee expertise to create memorable tastings and experiences.
• Plan community events to engage new customers and build brand recognition.
