Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Team Lead to elevate the boutique customer journey in Charlotte. You will coach the team, drive store sales, and partner with the Boutique Manager to deliver exceptional coffee experiences every day.

You’ll develop product knowledge, mentor staff, and foster a hospitality-driven culture while maintaining store standards and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years of driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Willing to work open/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Drive Results: Function as manager on duty, driving sales and customer relationships in a fast-paced store.
Excellence in Operational Execution: Maintain store standards, merchandising, inventory, and cash processes.
